Lilly is simple and brutalist in her ways. The shapes resemble many of the processes that Lilly Reich, modernist designer and architect in the late 1920s and '30s, used. Escaping from fads and clichés is often difficult, but Lilly has been thought to traverse that paradigm and last over time.
